Yucatán & Quintana Roo

What comes to your mind when you think of Mexico?

In my opinion it is, without any doubt, Chichén Itzá - a massive step pyramid, known as El Castillo or Temple of Kukulcan, dominates the ancient city, which thrived from around 600 A.D. to the 1200s. Chichen Itza was a major religious, military, political and economical center of the Maya civilization, and a hub for trade and cultural exchange. Today, it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for its impressive Mayan ruins and archeological remains and, one of the “New 7 Wonders of the World”.

Besides such a rich and impressive history, Riviera Maya offers some of the best beaches in the world with white sand, coral reefs and turquoise sea. The most popular destinations in Mayan Riviera are: Cancun, Playa del Carmen and Tulum.
